ANNA HARGREAVES, BSC (HONS), MSST
Sports and Musculoskeletal Therapist
Anna graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Sports Therapy in 2013. After graduating she became the Sports Therapist at the semi-professional rugby club at Rossendale and is now the Head Therapist. Here she provides first aid, injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for all the first team players. She also works in a reputable private clinic in Staveley in the Lake District. Over the years, Anna has built up a private client base and provided home visits but is now hoping to progress further working here at Lean Training Club.
Anna is a highly trained, experienced sports therapist and provides treatment for a variety of injuries. Not only does she treat sports injuries, but workplace and everyday problems too. Her services include sports massages, peripheral joint and spinal mobilisations, neural glides and individual/specific rehabilitation. She is able to undertake biomechanical assessments and gait analysis and provide kinesiology tape. She also sees clients before and after surgery and prides herself in rehabilitating athletes back to sport and achieving the clients’ goals.
